Job Summary
Lead patient care coordination and behavioral health operations as an LPC-S/Registered Nurse while making a meaningful impact in a collaborative hospital setting near Gallup NM.
Salary: $101000 - $148000 Annually
LPC-S/ Registered Nurse Opportunity:
- $5000 Sign-On Bonus Campus Housing Available Full-Time Permanent Position Monday-Friday Schedule
- LPC-S/Registered Nurse will manage patient referrals and transfers to outside hospitals ensuring continuity of care and timely placement

LPC-S/ Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Preferred that a LPC-S/Registered Nurse has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous leadership care coordination or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication critical thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Required Education:
