LPC or LCSW Behavioral Assessment Team Member

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH)in Bolivar Missouri is hiring aLPC LCSW orPsychologistfor our Behavioral Assessment Team (BAT) at the Bolivar Family Care Center in Bolivar MO someone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positivelyimpactevery patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: PRN-On Call
• WorkShift: Nights
• Hours:7pm - 7:30am - required to presentwithin an hour of call

What Your Day Looks Like:In this role you will conduct safety risk assessments to make appropriate recommendations and referralsfor safety planning with patients and/or caregivers.

You will be:

• Reviewing patient charts and consulting the on-staff physicians regarding clinical concerns
• Completing a behavioral assessment to aid in the development of the treatment plan and disposition of the patient
• Providing education and instruction to patients and caregivers regarding continuing care plans
• Providing resource referrals
• Documenting appropriate information with accuracy

Qualifications

• Education:MSW from aCSWE accredited Social Workprogram or a Masters/Doctorate Degreein Psychology
• Experience: 1-3 years ofbehavioral health or substance abuse counseling (may include pre-degree practicum)
• Skills:Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication time-management organization
• Licensure/Certification:LCSWLPC orLicensed Psychologist. We are unable to considerPLPCs at this time.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods of time
