Clinic Social Worker LPC LCSW or LMFT (LICENSURE REQUIRED)

Since 1999 our mission is to provide open access to quality patient centered healthcare in the communities in which we live. RKM Primary Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 11 clinics in 5 parishes.
Job Overview: Our sites qualify for the National Health Service Corps loan repayment program (individual qualifications apply).
Position Requirements:
- LPC LCSW or LMFT licensure to practice in Louisiana REQUIRED.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
- Prefer 2 years of experience providing therapy for all age groups.
Job Duties:
- Psycho-Social Assessments.
- Treatment Plans.
- Therapy/Counseling.
- Risk Assessments.
- Referrals.
- Documentation.
- Emergency Patients.
- Performance Improvement.
Employment Type: Full Time Monday through Friday
Company Benefits: Health dental vision and voluntary supplemental policies Up to 5% match in 403b retirement plan paid vacation and sick time.
Starting Salary Range: $56780 - $76940 per year; up to 3% annual increases.
