What Youll Do

• Prepare new and used boats motorcycles ATVs UTVs snowmobiles trailers and other recreational vehicles for sale and customer delivery
• Wash detail and maintain inventory to dealership standards
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory for shipping damage
• Safely move inventory throughout the dealership showroom storage facilities and customer delivery areas
• Operate forklifts trucks trailers and dealership equipment safely and efficiently
• Load unload trailer and transport boats and powersports vehicles as needed
• Maintain an organized clean and professional dealership lot
• Assist customers during vehicle pickups and deliveries
• Support the Sales Service and Parts teams with daily operations
• Help create an outstanding first impression for every customer who visits our dealership

What Were Looking For

• Passion for boating powersports outdoor recreation or the lake life
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable self-motivated and eager to learn
• Enjoys physical hands-on work in an outdoor environment
• Comfortable working in all Minnesota weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand walk bend and remain active throughout the day
• Basic computer skills
• Valid drivers license required

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:

• Marine dealerships
• Powersports dealerships
• Boat ownership or active boating lifestyle
• Motorcycle ATV UTV or snowmobile experience
• Outdoor labor
• Landscaping
• Construction
• Farming or agriculture
• Equipment operation
• Forklift operation
• Trailer towing
• Vehicle detailing
• Inventory management
• Shipping and receiving

Schedule

• Full-time year-round employment
• Monday-Friday
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Additional hours may be required during our busy spring selling season and fall winterization season to support customer demand
