Lot Tech Manager

As the Lot Operations Manager youll be responsible for maintaining an organized customer-ready dealership while leading a team that keeps our inventory moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coach and motivate a team of Lot Technicians to achieve daily goals.

• Manage vehicle flow throughout the dealership ensuring inventory is properly staged parked and displayed.

• Coordinate incoming vehicle deliveries trades and inventory transfers.

• Partner with the Sales and Service teams to support dealership operations and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean professional and safe dealership environment.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with vehicle audits and lot organization.

• Train and develop team members while creating a positive accountable work culture.

• Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive lot attendant inventory logistics or team leadership experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles safely and responsibly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
