Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm

Required Skills:

What Youll Do Daily:

  • Oversee the operation of our lot stepping in to assist the team as needed.
  • Ensure accurate completion of vehicle inventory and oversight of lot property.
  • Assess staffing requirements and communicate needs effectively to management.
  • Conduct daily reports collaboratively addressing any discrepancies with your team.
  • Identify operational issues develop corrective action plans and communicate findings to management.
  • Facilitate continuous learning by discussing career goals and development paths with team members.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individuals and teams to boost performance.
  • Process repossessed vehicles meticulously including accurate photo documentation and property inventories.
  • Manage condition reports promptly and without errors.
  • Log inventories for all personal property within repossessed vehicles accurately.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally knowing when to elevate issues.
  • Guide the team in understanding and adhering to lot policies and the full redemption process.
  • Meet all compliance deadlines set by management or clients.
