• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties for commercial facilities
• Clean floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing and polishing
• Clean windows furniture fixtures restrooms and other facility areas
• Pressure wash designated outdoor areas as needed
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Complete daily checklists reports and other required documentation
• Identify maintenance concerns or safety hazards and report them to management
• Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance

• Must live in or near the Pontiac MI area
• Reliable dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are a plus
• Valid drivers license with a reasonable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
