POSITION:
English/Language Arts Teacher
(This is a vacancy due to a leave of absence)
Furnace Brook Middle School
STARTING DATE:
Approximately September 14 2026 until approximately February 12
SALARY:
$140.00 per day for first 20 days; (Bachelors Step 1) $323.46 per day starting 21st day
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP ORLINE OF AUTHORITY:
Directly responsible to English Coordinator and Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters preferred.
- MA DESE License: English (5-8) or (5-12).
- Understanding of middle school concepts and adolescents.
- Knowledge and application of frameworks.
- Work effectively with staff and parents.
