Instructional Planning and Delivery:Implement lessons that:align with state standardsfollow the expected usage of the High Quality Instructional Materials Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs and learning technology and other resources to enhance instruction and student and Evaluation:Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student learning and assessment data to inform instruction and provide feedback to students and accurate records of student performance and communicate progress Management:Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and and enforce clear rules and procedures for behavior and classroom effective classroom management strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize learning and Communication:Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement grade-level interdisciplinary or department-specific units and/or school-wide in professional learning communities and ongoing professional effectively with parents and guardians to support student learning and Support and Engagement:Provide individualized support and differentiation to meet the needs of all students including those with special needs and English language student participation and foster a growth social-emotional learning and positive relationships among Responsibilities:Adhere to school policies procedures and ethical in school events parent-teacher conferences and other activities outside regular school hours as seek and engage in opportunities for professional growth and improvement.
