Logistics Worker (Temp-to-Hire)

Axiom Staffing Group is currently seeking a motivated detail-oriented Logistics Worker for a premier food manufacturing facility in Winchester VA. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity to join a growing team with a stable Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Location: Winchester VA

Essential Job Duties

Move and stage products raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
Adhere to SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards maintaining food safety and keeping the work area in a clean sanitary condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily warehouse production and shipping goals.
Promptly report any food safety issues or operational concerns to authorized personnel.
Work daily in an environment with exposure to food ingredients potential allergens and facility sanitation chemicals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Clear effective communication in English.
Capacity to follow directions learn quickly and adapt to new workflow procedures.
Dependable work ethic with a focus on teamwork and safety.
