Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Logisitics to support the FC Blending team. This role will be responsible for safely maintaining all juice processing equipment to meet production schedules within established quality standards.â

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.â There may be occasions where the individuals filling this position will need to work other shifts for reasons such as but not limited to training and meeting production demands.â
• Operate all juice processing equipment safely to meet production schedules.â
• Safely maintain all juice processing equipment to meet production schedules within established quality standards.â
• Perform quality checks to ensure proper ingredients labeling products and other materials are correctly used during production runs.â
• Perform equipment center-lining and clean inspect and lubricate (CIL) to ensure that all equipment is running safely and at peak performance and delivering products that meet the quality standards.â
• Effectively trouble shoot the complete system (including all equipment and subcomponents using appropriate Focused Improvement tools such as Why-Why analysis).â
• Participate as needed in total production manufacturing (TPM) including but not limited to AM PM FI OCCI EM & HSE pillar teams.â
• Maintain all areas to 5S standards.â
• Track and maintain material counts and trouble shoot variances.â
• Resolve equipment/system problems as they occur.â
• Read and implement juice filling schedules.â
• Perform essential functions of the job.â
• Sanitation (AIB)â
• Ensure all area team members maintain assigned areasâ
• Direct work to ensure maintenance of workplace that meets AIB standardsâ
• Enter/follow up on AIB work orders in SAPââ
• Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategiesââ
• Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformationâ
• Lead influence and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channelsââ

Requirements:ââ

• Must be able to operate HMI on filling system and other necessary equipment.ââ
• Must have the following skills:â
  • Ability to read and interpret filling schedulesâ
  • Ability to operate complex machinery to achieve productions goals.â
  • Ability to develop foster work in and maintain a team environment.â
  • Ability to understand and comply with quality assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standardsâ
  • Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and make immediate corrective actions.â
  • Ability to use basic computer functions for software such as but not limited to Microsoft Office suite of programs Outlook SAP and other functional PC applications Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.â
• Forklift license requiredâ
• Work other shifts as needed to provide technical support and training.â
• Work overtime as needed to support 24/7 operations.â
• Work with various types of computer software such as but not limited to Microsoft Office suite of programs SAP Outlook Zarpac DM5 and ADC.â
• Train co-workers in classroom or hands-on environment.â

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• Must be located in Bradenton FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full-time basis
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift including standing walking bending reaching and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureââ
