Pay Range: $22.00 $27.50 per hour

This role supports the movement of materials and finished goods within a manufacturing environment serving the aerospace industry. The position focuses on receiving inventory handling order fulfillment and shipping operations while ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Select appropriate packaging based on customer requirements
• Coordinate and route outgoing shipments using various transportation methods
• Complete shipping documentation (bills of lading customs paperwork labels pick lists etc.)
• Maintain inventory accuracy including lot traceability
• Pull parts from inventory and finished goods storage
• Maintain shipment records and documentation
• Collaborate with Purchasing Production Control Scheduling and Program teams to ensure timely material flow
• Perform part marking and coating per instructions and blueprints
• Follow all trade compliance safety and operational procedures
• Support additional tasks as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime or weekends if needed
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment (hand/power tools)
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to noise dust and industrial materials
• Frequent standing walking bending and lifting (up to 40 lbs)
• Operation of mechanized equipment including forklifts
• Use of computers and basic office equipment
• Ability to work extended hours or shift changes as required
