Identifies critical items before they impact the completion of production and maintenance schedules. Provides customer support to various areas within the Supply Chain DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operation Support Representative:Issues kits parts and tools to maintenance and shop daily transfers of parts from internal job to job for maintenance and communicates in-house requisitions to fill demand from recapped CFE and BFG parts and material and routes to appropriate off-units from maintenance inspects and routes to the and processes incoming Outside Service parts Work Order and parts and tools as transactions in customer ERP to issue return or change assignment of customer items have been issued to or returned from Jobs through RECAP daily Maintenance Line meetings and answers questions regarding with onsite customer representatives and communicates open demand and provides daily material status of incoming Gateway material and communicates purchasing request kickbacks with with Engineering Liaison to provide status of parts to critically hot parts from other on-site locations as requested by email requests from Maintenance and support to daily questions from Maintenance about parts tooling and up-to-date training in ATS Plateau Shipping ClerkMoves and transports product using out HAZMAT paperwork for items being transported to other on-site stores and warehouse internal inspections in preparation for live Shipping with preparation of shipments including packing boxing and to local supplier sites to retrieve shipments for Alt Outside Service order for crates and provides dimensions and weights to email requests from internal production and support to daily questions from production about parts tooling and shipping information to Account Service Reps and customers as up-to-date training in ATS Plateau AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of one (1) year of inventory handling and control or warehouse operation experience required including operation of trucks pallet jacks and certification required (must obtain certification within 60 days of hire). 49CFR and IATA dangerous goods training (compliant to ATS requirementswithin 30 days of hire).Valid state drivers license requiredPHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY: While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand walk stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 full base pay range for this position is $20.77 - $26.00 hourly not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience skills and education as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge.
