As a Logistics Operations Specialist you will be responsible for strategically supporting our storage and staging operations while maintaining an accuracy driven mindset. You will partner with other functional areas of the business that will require the frequent use of PIT equipment and Fleet distribution on campus.n

nSupport daily logistics operations strategies including staging and material storagenAssist with task coordination and provide support to team members to help meet daily operational goalsnPromote adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols across all logistics functionsnMonitor asset inventory records and participate in audits to ensure data accuracy and accountabilitynPartner with internal teamssuch as Site Services Integration Facilities Asset Management Purchasing and Planningto fulfill logistics requirementsnHelp train and onboard new logistics personnel ensuring understanding of workflows safety guidelines and company policiesnLead the development and ongoing maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to ensure process consistency and operational claritynServe as a subject matter expert (SME) by compiling and delivering operational reports to managementnContribute to root cause analysis efforts and support continuous improvement initiativesnProactively escalate operational issues or risks to site leadershipnFoster a clean safe and organized work environment n

nAssociates degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Management Business Administration or General Studies with relevant course work or equivalent job related experiencenExperience in Warehousing Inventory Control Supply Chain Logistics or EquivalentnValid DLnAbility to lift 50 on PIT or willing to certify
