Logistics Manager

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Manager to manage our Philadelphia distribution facility. As a Logistics Manager you will lead and optimize end-to-end physical distribution activities including order processing inventory control warehousing transportation fleet operations and logistics planning. You will play a critical leadership role by collaborating with headquarters logistics peers local sales leadership and customers to resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do:

• Lead all logistics and distribution activities for a medium-sized facility or region ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations

• Manage order processing inventory control warehousing transportation and fleet operations

• Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve service levels operational efficiency and cost performance

• Partner with HQ logistics teams local sales management and customers to resolve issues and develop programs that enhance customer satisfaction

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and performance metrics

• Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards

• Lead coach and develop a team of logistics professionals

• Oversee customer service functions where applicable ensuring high service delivery standards

• Interface with other operations functions to align supply chain execution with business objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Transportation or related field

• 8 years of experience in logistics transportation warehousing or supply chain management

• Demonstrated experience managing logistics operations in a complex environment

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multi-site or regional logistics operations

• Knowledge of fleet management and transportation optimization

• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification

• Experience working in a global or matrixed organization

• Strong customer-facing experience with a focus on service excellence
