As we scale were looking for a sharp experienced Logistics Manager to help us build the operational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly.

This is a high-impact role at the center of our supply chain. Youll own our end-to-end logistics - from coordinating with overseas factories and international carriers to managing our 3PL relationships and domestic distribution. Youll also lead a team and have a real seat at the table when it comes to shaping how we operate.

Responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound logistics operations including ocean freight and domestic transportation. Manages relationships with overseas manufacturers freight carriers and 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate product movement and fulfillment. Ensures accuracy of shipping customs and purchasing documentation develops logistics strategies to support business growth drives process improvements and cost efficiencies manages transportation budgets leads logistics personnel and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve

shipping issues and optimize supply chain performance.

4 years of experience in logistics supply chain or freight management
Proven experience managing overseas vendor relationships and import logistics
Hands-on experience working with a 3PL
Solid knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export compliance
Familiarity with logistics software ERP or TMS platforms
Background in consumer goods retail or e-commerce is a big plus
