Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Database Engineer to support the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program within the Operations & Sustainment (O&S) Product Support / Logistics team.

The role focuses on the development maintenance and enhancement of SLICwave Life Cycle (SLICwave LC)-an enterprise wide relational database used for Integrated Product Support (IPS) and logistics management in aerospace defense and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Logistics Product Data (LPD) Support Partner with the LPD team to develop Logistics Support Analyses (LSA) Logistics Product Data and Logistics Operational Risk Analyses (LORA) for government deliverables.

- Cataloging & Provisioning Create and maintain catalog and provisioning data interpreting technical data packages and engineering drawings to ensure accurate product representation.

- GEIA STD 007 Reporting Generate and manage GEIA STD 007 compliance reports and provisioning Bills of Materials to support O&S activities.

- Cross Functional Architecture Integration Work directly with hardware and software engineers to review system architecture inputs ensuring SLICwave accurately reflects supply chain line replaceable units (LRUs) and field spare requirements.
