Logistics CSR (Temp Potential Long-Term)

We are seeking a temporary associate to support multiple areas of our logistics operation. This role is expected to last 6 months to 1 year with potential for extension based on business needs.

This is a fast-paced team-oriented environment where you will rotate across departments and assist where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support driver settlement and payroll processes
• Assist with dispatch coordination
• Handle billing and invoicing tasks
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation
• Provide general operational support across departments

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics transportation or a similar environment preferred
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs formulas pivot tables required)
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional attitude

Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay:$21$24/hour (based on experience)
