Identifies critical items before they impact the completion of production and maintenance schedules. Provides customer support to various areas within the Supply Chain group. Trains and mentors new DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Warehouse Hangar Part Department (HPD) Clerk:Communicates shipping information to ASR and discrepancy reports for non-conforming with ASR Lead & customer to resolve issues ensuring priority and need-by dates are Piece Part Exchange (PPE) Used Serviceable Material (USM) Shred and MFAB and transports product using daily transfers of parts from internal job to job for the shop in-house requisitions to fill demand from pre-pick bins on the production floor as off-units from production inspects and routes to the Heavy Distribution products as needed to support daily Picklist-Pull Inventory and stages for kits or consolidates parts for daily inventory cycle counts for customer requirements in inventory accuracy and parts stores and warehouse internal inspections in preparation for live and puts away stock from stock transfers in CFE-ERP system to ship to other away recapped CFE parts and material into accountability of stock for various CFE to local supplier sites to retrieve inventory by AOG vehicle every 2 hours to other buildings as location inventory by AOG vehicle as required by immediate request from to other local ATS buildings to put sheet stock away or unload large RMA return requests for shipping to off-units in with customers on disposition of off-units stock and ROs from CFE system for off unit email requests to close CFE-ROs and hand over to receiving for inspection and supplier trucks as needed to assist Shipping with preparation of shipments including packing boxing and up material certifications as email requests from internal production and support to daily questions from production about parts tooling and up-to-date training in ATS Plateau guidance to staff in resolving technical and procedural coaches and mentors new employees as with the development and general revision of standard work documentation and email requests to close CFE-ROs and transfers to receiving for inspection and harness inspections and processes requests for production as material certifications as email requests from internal production and support to daily questions from production about parts tooling and up-to-date training in ATS Plateau AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum of two (2) years of inventory handling and control or warehouse operation experience required including operation of trucks pallet jacks and certification required (must obtain certification within 60 days of hire).49CFR and IATA dangerous goods training (compliant to ATS requirements within 30 days of hire).Valid state drivers license required for the areas of Operation Support Representative Warehouse HPD Clerk and Tooling & Calibration EFFORTAND DEXTERITY: While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand walk stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 full base pay range for this position is $22.00 $30.00 hourly not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience skills and education as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge.
