Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 an hour

Location: 130 Calo Lane Lake Ozark MO 65049

Employment Type:Full-Time On-Site

• Coordinate student transportation including arrivals departures appointments and off-campus activities
• Manage schedules calendars and logistics for residential programming
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of daily operational needs
• Track organize and maintain supplies equipment and inventory
• Support admissions and discharge logistics as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and program procedures
• Troubleshoot logistical challenges and proactively identify solutions
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors preferred)
• Strong organizational communication and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a residential treatment environment
• Proficiency with basic technology systems (email scheduling tools documentation platforms)
• Valid drivers license required
• Previous experience in logistics operations scheduling healthcare or residential programs preferred
