Description

Join DOF as our Logistics Coordinator

TheLogistics Coordinatoroversees complexlogisticsoperations supporting subsea oil and gas projects including offshore mobilizations equipment movements international shipments and compliance withindustryspecificregulatory requirements. This role ensures that critical subsea assets tooling and materials are delivered safely efficiently and on schedule to support project execution in offshore and onshore environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in energy-sectorlogistics strong vendor and vessel coordination skills and the ability to managehighstakestimelines where delays directlyimpactoperational readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Leadendtoendlogisticsplanning for subsea projects including mobilization and demobilization of vessels ROV systems tooling spreads and specialized subsea equipment.
  • Coordinate international and domestic shipments ensuring compliance withITAR EAR DOT IMDG IATA and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage freightforwardingpartners customs brokers andthirdpartylogisticsproviders to ensuretimelyandcosteffectivetransport.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy for subsea assets spares and consumables;maintainvisibility of equipment location and readiness status.
  • Developlogisticsplansloadoutschedules and documentation packages for offshore campaigns.
  • Collaborate with project managers engineering HSE and offshore operations to alignlogisticsactivities with project milestones.
  • Monitor vessel schedules port availability and weather impacts; adjustlogisticsplans proactively to mitigate operational risk.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation including commercial invoices packing lists certificates of origin and hazardous materials declarations.
  • Support procurement with vendor coordination expediting and delivery tracking forlongleadsubsea components.
  • Identifyprocess improvements to reduce cost increase efficiency and strengthen supply chain resilience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during mobilizations ensuring all equipment is staged inspected and delivered to quayside according to project requirements.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 58 years oflogisticsexperience in subsea offshore oil & gas marine operations or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of offshore mobilization processes port operations and vessellogistics.
  • Proven experience managing international shipments customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiencywithlogisticsandassettrackingsystems;WASPexperience is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret technical equipment lists engineering drawings and mobilization plans.
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work infastpacedenvironments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to supportoccasionalafterhoursor weekend work during mobilizations.

Location
