Job Summary
Raw Seafoods is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to help keep our refrigerated freight moving safely accurately and on schedule.
In this role youll coordinate daily shipments communicate with drivers and customers monitor deliveries and work closely with our warehouse and operations teams. Youll need to be organized comfortable solving problems in real time and able to stay calm when schedules change.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Assign and monitor loads routes and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and communicate delays or service issues.
- Serve as a key point of contact for drivers and customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse production and outside carriers.
- Maintain accurate transportation and shipment records.
- Help resolve delivery discrepancies and transportation issues.
What Were Looking For
- At least two years of experience in logistics transportation dispatch or supply chain.
- Experience with a TMS ERP or similar system.
- Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with refrigerated transportation food distribution DOT requirements or multiple delivery routes is preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
