About the Role:
We are looking for aLogistics Coordinatortoprepare coordinate and manage the movement of equipment from our establishment. You willbe responsible forreviewing shipment materials before distribution and collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and will also prepare shipping documents such as invoices and purchase orders track orders through carriers like UPS FedEx and freight providers andassistwith purchasing and inventory tasks including periodic inventory counts and audits.

This is afull-time onsiteposition at our officelocatedin CerritosCAreporting to theLogisticsAssistantManager.
Essential Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule shipments with freight carriers based on product availability and customer request
Work with other coordinators to ensure orders are being processed effectively and on time
Confirm important data and verify information accuracy on various shipping documents
Coordinate special shipping requests with the warehouse team
Follow up with vendors for shipping issues and discrepancies
Track orders to ensuretimelydeliveries (UPS FEDEX Freight)
Assistwith purchasing and inventoryand/orsupply management
Prepare shipping documents such as invoices andpurchaseorders
Respond to logistics-related inquiries from other departments
Conduct monthly quarterly and annual audits and inventory counts
Essential Qualifications:
Highschooldiploma or equivalent required
Highly organized anddetail oriented
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressurewith apositive attitude
Proficient with MS Office including Word Excel OutlookandCalendar
Must be able tolift upto 25lbswithoutassistance
Typeminimum30WPM
Bonus Qualifications:
Bilingual Korean preferred but notrequired
