Logistics Center Associate

Summary

• KARL STORZ is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to join our dynamic Logistics Center this role you will support critical material handling and returns processing operations that keep our business and our customers running smoothly.

• Schedule:Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with SAP systems handle customer returns and collaborate with cross-functional teams all while maintaining high standards for safety quality and productivity
• Process customer returns accurately efficiently and on time.
• Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to returns and follow up to completion.
• Execute SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes.
• Support additional logistics tasks and fill in across roles as needed.
• Follow established safety quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dependable punctual and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP systems.

Physical Requirements

This is an active hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:

• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Push and pull loads up to 320 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack.
• Perform frequent movement including standing walking bending reaching and grabbing.
• Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving.
