Logistics Associate II Forklift Operator (2nd Shift)

We are looking for a Logistics Associate II with forklift operation skills to join our 2nd shift team in Orlando.

This contract position supports logistics and warehouse distribution for a global manufacturer of climate control products. Responsibilities include operating forklifts managing shipments and receipts and maintaining accurate records with a pathway to full-time employment.

Job Details

• LOCATION: Orlando FL 32824
• POSITION: Contract
• PAY RATE: 19.50 hour
• HOURS: 12:30pm to 9:00pm

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials supplies equipment and finished products under general supervision.
• Receive goods verify items against shipment records and inspect their condition.
• Gather verify and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with picking packing shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency with RF scanner technology.
• Ability to wear steel toe boots.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Standup forklift experience preferred.
