As aLogistics Analyst Shipt Operationsyou willbe responsibleforsupportingday-to-day operational excellence for Target Last Mile Delivery and Same DayDelivery.You willmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) data and metricstoidentify execute and drive improvement throughroot cause defect reduction.Your work will focus ondriving strong results in cost service speed and sustainability.You will need to connectand work collaborativelywith internal partners technical teams product teams andfield teams.Strongproblem solvingskills ability to drive change self-motivated execution and being a collaborative team playerare essential skills for this role.It isimportantyouarecomfortable working in ambiguous situations areadaptable to change andable toexecutevital processes in multiple systems.
About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
2years experienceoperatingand executing in complex systems
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Ability to analyze data in Excelor otheranalytical tools
Creative approach to problem solving
Proventrack recordof taking ownership and driving results
Ability to set goals or outcomes and track and communicate progress
Can make decisions with little to no guidance from manager or other leaders
Excellent communication skills
