  Volt is immediately hiring for Logistics Admin in Memphis TN 38118.

  As a Logistics Admin you will:

  Responsibilities:

• Maintain sales orders to ensure they are updated as engineering changes are implemented.
• Attend meetings as a representative of the team to exchange information with other departments.
• Provide accurate timely and up-to-date order status to requestors via email database tools verbally or other methods.
• Report proactive order status in times of heavy backlog or longer than expected lead times.
• Processes Internal orders No Charge orders and other non-standard orders and ensures timely shipment and reporting.
• Ensure sales orders are rescheduled and shipments are processed as material becomes available.
• Work with Customer Service Reps globally to ensure order accuracy and timely removal of delivery blocks preventing shipment or billing blocks preventing invoicing.
• Adapt to changing priorities multi-task and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties.

• This is afull time contractopportunity.

  The ideal candidate will have:

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Monitors daily backlogs of orders/deliveries shipping
• processing non-standard orders.
• Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets/documents in Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Provide accurate timely and up-to-date order status to requestors via email database tools verbally or other methods
• High School diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) required. Some level of further education/formal training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in similar role
• Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets/documents in Microsoft Word/Excel.

• Pay range: $20.00 - $21.81 per hour.

  *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
