Purpose

Performs the operation of integrated pipe yard control and pipe dispatch in complex facilities in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures complying with defined quality standards.

• Develop maintain and optimize production schedules for Heat Treat Finishing Venom and Threading operations based on production priorities material availability and equipment capacity.
• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure materials are released tagged staged and available to support scheduled production.
• Monitor schedule execution and make real-time adjustments to address production changes staffing needs equipment constraints and material shortages.
• Manage and prioritize rework activities to minimize production interruptions reduce inventory aging and support customer requirements.
• Prepare and communicate daily shift reports production schedules shortages risks and operational updates to production and support teams.
• Investigate and resolve production delays inventory discrepancies system issues and operational requests through cross-functional communication.
• Coordinate sample identification and material movement to support quality and testing requirements.

• Experience in production planning scheduling manufacturing or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational analytical problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
