Job Summary
This position affords the opportunity to support Naval Air Systems Command in a role ensuring that combat aircraft receive equipment and parts necessary to complete missions vital to national security.
This position is located in Jacksonville FL.
Work in a classified environment to handle ship receive account for and store classified hardware and COMSEC material in compliance with governing requirements.
.Bachelors degree or equivalent
. US Citizenship the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
.Demonstrated ability to handle ship receive account for and store classified hardware and COMSEC material in compliance with governing requirements.
.Working knowledge and ability to perform tasks in accordance with:
.NISPOM / DoD Instruction 5220.22M
.NSA COMSEC guidance
.Ability to operate within a controlled access environment
.Experience performing receipt inspections of classified/COMSEC items ensuring serial number and part number match shipping documentation and reporting receipt per policy.
.Experience shipping classified materials using approved methods and traceable shipment processes
.Ability to run a suspense/tracking system for classified shipments until signed receipt is returned; manage and file SF153 receipts
.Ability to perform same day notification of shipment issues and provide daily encrypted email updates until resolution
.Experience transporting kits/parts within a secure warehouse facility and between named facilities (CKA and DLA Distribution Center) as directed.
.Ability to conduct QA and inspections for kits and parts including:
.QA steps for assembled kits in accordance with NAVAIRand other applicable documents.
.Random kit inspections using Technical Directive (TD) parts lists at initial receipt and when TD changes are published
.Ability to identify and report discrepancies such as shortages/excesses marking/documentation issues and to provide recommendations to the APML and NAWCAD Kit Management Team.
.Ability to inspect received kits for shipping/container damage and:
.Document via TDR (and repackage affected kits)
.Provide required status reporting (CDRL driven)
.Ability to document shortages/excesses via SDR correct discrepancies as directed and provide status reporting.
.Proficiency using Navy ERP (supply/warehousing module) to support:
.Daily pick list execution issuing material staging for shipment/pickup and documentation flow for ERP data entry
.Receiving material in Navy ERP per NAVSUP P-485 and Navy ERP SOPs
.Submitting and managing Navy ERP Heat Tickets tracking them to closure
.Producing monthly metrics from Navy ERP and recommending process improvements
.Ability to execute rigorous inventory requirements including:
.Monthly physical inventories for Confidential/Secret/COMSEC material
.Annual wall-to-wall inventory ongoing bin verifications and daily reconciliation of shipments/receipts/on-hand to ensure Navy ERP matches physical inventory
.Ability to research and correct inventory discrepancies and update Navy ERP accordingly
.Ability to produce recurring and ad hoc reports required by the SOW/CDRLs including:
.Monthly Commercial Carrier Utilization and Expense Reports
.Status reports for TDR/SDR actions and kit condition/discrepancies
.Monthly metrics and improvement recommendations
.Ability to coordinate closely with the NAWCAD Kit Management Team

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51600.00 $95700.00.
