Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM SME
- Serve as a Subject-Matter Expert (SME) providing technical support for Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) application and supporting infrastructure.
- Implement new integrations and develop additional features and functionalities within the PeopleSoft FSCM platform.
- Apply system patches and updates to ensure optimal system performance stability and security.
- Align business requirements with Oracle support releases and technical updates maintaining compatibility with vendor-supported technologies and best practices.
- Analyze current PeopleSoft setup to identify challenges and plan for smooth upgrades and enhancements.
- Assist in defining directing and validating upgrade tasks and processes for the ERP system.
- Provide hands-on training documentation and knowledge transfer to state staff to ensure effective use and maintenance of the PeopleSoft platform.
- Offer post-migration support including troubleshooting and guidance to ensure system stability and user adaptability.
- Ensure all work complies with the Clients IT Services Branch (ITSB) policies standards procedures and guidelines.
- Submit weekly written status reports and facilitate knowledge transfer before contract completion.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer with legacy support experience.
- Demonstrated experience in on-premises Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM upgrades.
- At least 10 years working with Oracle databases specifically integrating with FSCM.
- Minimum 5 years providing technical expertise in data consolidation and migration to cloud-based platforms.
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle ERPS applications on Windows Server Infrastructure.
