We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for our General Surgery division. This locum position offers the opportunity to work in a hospital setting focusing on delivering care to patients with diverse surgical needs. Our team is committed to providing top-tier medical services ensuring our community receives the highest quality of care.

• Provide patient care during overnight shifts from 7pm - 7am.
• Handle an average of 15-20 patients per day.
• Perform general surgical cases including trauma cases.
• Administer and manage central line and chest tube insertions.
• Utilize Vascular Access Devices effectively.
• Coordinate with inpatient trauma call support and trauma surgeons.

• Nurse Practitioner Certification (Required)
• Active Michigan License (Required)
• Local candidates preferred (Required)
• Self-Query NPDB (Must be within the month prior to presentation)
• Submit rates at the time of name clear (Required)
• DEA Verbal Confirmation at name clear (Required)
• COVID vaccination confirmation (Required)

• Active Michigan Nurse Practitioner License
• ATLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
