Locum Physician Surgery Vascular

**Coverage Overview:**

- **Dates of Coverage:** September 15 2026 with a consecutive five-day coverage each month.

- **Schedule:** Full-time commitment five days per week inclusive of on-call duties. Additional weekend coverage may be required.

- **On-Call Requirements:** Yes

- **On-Call Modalities:** Beeper/Phone Call and In-House

- **Call Ratio:** 1:5 - **Average Call Back Hours:** Approximately 1 hour

- **Provider Requirement:** 1-

- **Practice Environment:** Inpatient/Hospital-Based setting

**Patient Demographics:**- **Population Served:** 100% Adult and Geriatric patients-

**Setting Breakdown:** 100% Inpatient

**Daily Patient Volume:** Ranges from 10 to 15

- **Trauma Level:** Designation Level 1

**Essential Duties and Skills:**

- Conduct surgical procedures

- Provide coverage for Inpatient (IP) units and Emergency Department (ED)

- Proficient in the use of EPIC for EMR/documentation

**Qualifications Required:**

- Board Certification in Vascular Surgery

- Active Ohio Medical License (preferred)

- Current BLS and ACLS certifications

- Completion of fellowship training

- Must possess a clean professional background
