**Required Experience Training and Certifications**:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)- Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
**Case Logs**:- A minimum of 50 deliveries and 25 gynecological (GYN) procedures conducted within the past 12 months.
**Licensure Considerations**:- The providers application for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) will be considered although a Michigan license is preferred.
**Credentialing Timeframe**:- Credentialing typically requires 30 days; however applications are prioritized based on the intended start date.
**Qualifications**:- All medical schools attended must be listed on the California Approved List.
- All residencies and fellowships must be accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
- There should be no significant malpractice issues.
- A clean record as per the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB).
- Three professional references from individuals who have worked with the provider within the last 18 months.
- Documentation of case and patient logs evidencing 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within the past 12 months.
- Board certification or eligibility must be obtained within a five-year timeframe.
**Clinic Call or Both**:- The position entails in-house call responsibilities solely in Midland.
The candidate must possess either an active Michigan license or an IMLC.
