Locum Anesthesiology CRNA

Join our dynamic team in Lansing Michigan at a leading Endoscopy Center known for its commitment to patient care and innovation. We are seeking a locum CRNA to deliver independent anesthesia coverage during a time of short staffing. This role offers a stable weekday schedule enabling a healthy work-life balance with no call responsibilities. You will work alongside dedicated support staff in a collaborative environment managing a manageable patient load of 10-16 cases per day in a multidisciplinary setting.

• Provide independent anesthesia services for endoscopy procedures primarily utilizing Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).
• Manage 10-16 cases daily including EGD and colonoscopy with biopsies as necessary.
• Collaborate with medical staff and support teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and anesthesia services accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols in the practice of anesthesia.

• Current Board Certification in Anesthesia as recognized by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
• Experience working independently in a clinical anesthesia setting preferably in endoscopy.
• Ability to handle adult and geriatric patient demographics.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Active Michigan State Medical License (or willingness to obtain) required.
• Certifications: BLS ACLS and PALS all required.
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred.
• Copy of NPDB self-query required upon presentation.
