Locker Room Attendant
The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean organized and welcoming locker room environment for club members and guests. This position delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring locker rooms restrooms and related amenities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms restrooms showers and lounge areas.
- Stock towels toiletries and other locker room amenities throughout the day.
- Clean and sanitize lockers countertops mirrors sinks showers and restroom fixtures.
- Collect and launder towels as needed.
- Monitor locker room supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Shine shoes or provide garment services if offered by the club.
- Assist members with locker assignments and answer questions regarding locker room services.
- Ensure lockers are secured and report any maintenance or security concerns promptly.
- Empty trash and recycling containers regularly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the clubs service standards.
- Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous hospitality housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with members.
- Must be dependable punctual and service-oriented.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend stoop kneel and reach throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in warm and humid environments such as locker rooms and shower facilities.
- Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
- Part-time or full-time opportunities based on club needs.
- Private country club locker room facilities.
- Frequent interaction with members and guests in a luxury hospitality setting.
