Paint Prep Operator Temp-to-Hire

Location: Fernley NV Schedule: MondayFriday (8 10 or 12-hour shifts depending on production needs)

Were looking for a reliable and safety-focused Plasma Cutter / Beam Line Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Fernley. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term benefits once hired on.

• Set up and operate plasma/burn tables

• Operate beam line equipment to cut steel beams to specification

• Use grinders cutoff wheels hand drills drill presses forklifts and overhead cranes

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean safe work area

• Meet quality and productivity standards on all assigned tasks

• Experience operating a plasma cutter or beam line equipment

• Ability to work flexible shifts (8 10 or 12 hours)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• No convictions within the last 10 years

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
