Local Truck Driver 1st Shift

Heres what to expect when you join our team:

• Operate commercial motor vehicles such as vans pickup trucks straight trucks and tractor trailers to transport materials merchandise and equipment to assigned destinations.
• Effectively meet delivery schedules from suppliers or distribution centers. Practice safety protocols while maneuvering trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations for but not limited to CDL-A compliance equipment inspections Hours of Service and traffic laws.
• Keep vehicle and associated equipment clean and in good working order. Inspect vehicle for mechanical items and safety issues and report as appropriate to management.
• Report defects accidents or violations to management immediately.

Education and Experience:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensure: Class A Commercial Driver License.
• 2 years of previous professional driving or related experience is preferred.
