KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care across assigned hospital units
- Assess plan and evaluate patient care based on facility-specific protocols
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate changes in patient condition
- Support unit charge RN and interdisciplinary team
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS certification - current
- Minimum 1 year acute-care RN experience
- Local El Paso candidates only
