Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Perform wound care catheter care and other skilled nursing procedures
- Complete nursing assessments and contribute to care plan updates
- Document accurately in the EMR and communicate patient status changes promptly
- Supervise CNA staff as assigned
- Support infection control regulatory compliance and quality care initiatives
Requirements
Must-Have
- Active state LPN/LVN licence - Alabama current and in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification - current
- Minimum 1 year LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing / LTC setting
- LPN / LVN licence required for submission
