Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment. The LPN will provide direct nursing care administer treatments and medications monitor patient conditions and support the interdisciplinary healthcare team in delivering quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Assist with patient assessments and care planning
Communicate changes in patient status to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support patient comfort safety and well-being
Follow infection control safety and facility protocols

Assignment Details

Start Date: 07/05/2026
End Date: 08/16/2026

Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 07:00 PM 07:30 AM
Schedule: Friday Saturday and Sunday
Contract Length: 7 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Must be flexible and reliable
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and facility requirements
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption may be required
Must maintain all required credentials and certifications
