Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night shift contract assignment in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. The LPN will provide direct patient care administer medications monitor resident conditions and support the nursing team in delivering safe high-quality care.

This role is suited for LPNs who are confident working independently on overnight shifts in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor assess and document patient conditions
Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans
Assist with admissions discharges and ongoing assessments
Communicate changes in patient status to the RN or supervising nurse
Support infection control and safety protocols
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 12 12 Weeks

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work night shifts independently
Must comply with onboarding and facility requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
