We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a local contract assignment. The LNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living while supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional care.

• Assist residents with bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff
• Measure and document vital signs as directed
• Assist with meals hydration and feeding when necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure a safe clean and supportive environment for residents
• Collaborate with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification for Vermont or New Hampshire
• Current state LNA license
• BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in skilled nursing rehabilitation or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Contract Length: 5 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 37 Hours Weekly

Shift: Evenings (14:00 22:00)

Pay Rate: $16.50 $19.25 per hour
