Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract assignment in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities provide direct patient care and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Measure and record vital signs as assigned
Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Support infection control and resident safety practices
Deliver compassionate and respectful patient care

Assignment Details

Start Date: 06/02/2026
End Date: 09/08/2026

Shift: Day Shift

Shift Time: 06:00 18:30

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week

Contract Length: Approximately 15 Weeks

Schedule: Sunday Monday Tuesday

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
