Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a local contract assignment in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The CNA will provide direct patient care assist residents with activities of daily living and support the nursing team in delivering safe and high-quality care.

This role is scheduled for evening shifts and is ideal for candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced patient care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Take and record vital signs as directed
Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Support infection control and safety practices
Work collaboratively with nursing staff and healthcare teams

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Requirements

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans accurately
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring state or federally issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per policy
