Local Regional Class A CDL Driver – Night Shift

Looking for a reliable dedicated driving spot with a family-oriented fleet We are actively recruiting Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated grocery account operating out of Moberly Missouri. Enjoy steady miles zero physical unloading and regular home time.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Expected Earnings: $1400 average weekly gross
• Mileage Rate: $0.43 $0.61 CPM (scaled on experience)
• Weekend Incentive: Earn an extra $0.03 CPM from Friday 5 PM through Monday 4 AM
• Stop Pay: $10 for the 1st stop $15 for every stop after
• Performance Incentives: Driver performance bonuses available

Overview of the Role

• Home Time Routine: Local round-trip routes allowing for daily home time (discuss custom dispatch schedules directly with your team manager).
• Weekly Mileage: Expect 2100 miles per week.
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Reefer Freight store personnel manage 100% of the unloading process.
• Shift Details: Dedicated Night Shift role. Weekend dispatches are standard.
• Holidays: Guaranteed off on Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
• Terminal Access: Full access to on-site maintenance facilities (Note: personal car parking space is limited at the local yard).

  • Missouri: Moberly Columbia Boonville Macon Rolla Sullivan St. Joseph
  • Illinois: Quincy
  • Iowa: Burlington Des Moines
• Experience Tiers:
  • Trainees: Accepted! Valid CDL-A required (0 months experience fine).
  • Experienced Drivers: Solo experienced drivers welcome.
  • (Owner-Operators and Company Drivers both accepted).
• Licensing: Active Class A CDL and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Background Check: Standard background evaluation MVR review and pre-employment drug screening.
