KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide physical therapy treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement patient treatment plans as directed and delegated by the supervising PT
- Deliver therapeutic exercise manual therapy and functional mobility training per the plan of care
- Document patient progress daily treatment notes and responses to therapy accurately in the EMR
- Communicate patient status changes and clinical findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment
- Adhere to facility policies regulatory requirements and infection control protocols
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active state Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licence - New Hampshire current and in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification - current
