KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide physical therapy treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement patient treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT
Document patient progress treatment notes and outcomes accurately in the EMR
Communicate patient status changes and clinical findings to the supervising PT
Assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment
Adhere to facility policies regulatory requirements and infection control protocols
