Local Class A CDL Yard Hostler Driver

We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver for a local home-daily Yard Hostler position based in the Kansas City area. This is a full-time W2 role offering stable hourly pay predictable second-shift hours and excellent benefits. • Hourly Rate: $24.00 $26.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
• Weekly Earnings: Average $1200 weekly pay
• Classification: Full-time W2 position

• Home Time: Home daily (Local operation)
• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Base Hours: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM Monday through Friday
• Flexibility: Some longer days or Saturdays may be required based on customer and volume needs.

• Role: Dedicated yard hostler responsible for moving and spotting trailers efficiently within the yard facility.
• Environment: Fast-paced local operations focused on supporting fleet fluid movement and safety compliance.

• Insurance: Full benefits package including comprehensive health dental vision and life insurance plans.

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
• Experience: Must have at least 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer or hostling experience within the last 3 years.
• Location: Must reside within 40 miles of Kansas City.
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety background and drug/alcohol screening requirements. Accidents moving violations and criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
