KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Provide direct patient care including therapeutic activities ADL training and functional mobility
Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately in the EMR per facility and regulatory standards
Communicate patient status changes and treatment outcomes to the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team
Maintain compliance with facility state and federal regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Active California COTA licence - current and in good standing
CPR/BLS certification - current
Minimum 1 year of COTA experience in a rehabilitation or post-acute care setting
