Dedicated local accounts with strong pay dont sit open for very long and this team is looking to add just 4 CDL-A drivers.

If youre looking for a job where you can build a routine instead of constantly adjusting to new routes and unpredictable miles this could be the opportunity youve been waiting for.

Youll run dedicated deliveries throughout Ohio Indiana and Kentucky hauling mostly dry van freight with the occasional reefer load. About 70% of the work is drop & hook while the remaining 30% involves unloading with an electric pallet jackno hand unloading.

Start your shift between 11:00 AM and Noon run afternoon and evening routes make 35 loads with 57 stops and finish your day knowing youll be back home.

Drivers average miles per week while operating slip-seat day cabs with two full days off every week.

Average drivers earn around $1500 every week and top performers are bringing home $1800 weekly.

On top of experience-based pay of up to $0.62 CPM youll also earn:

• $37 unload pay
• $20 stop pay
• $20 backhaul pay
• $25 pallet restack pay

Youll also complete paid ride-along training before getting started.

Make sure you meet the following:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
• Live within the Monroe hiring area (45044)
• Reliable personal transportation to and from the terminal
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Strong work ethic
• Not SAP Friendly

Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical dental vision and a 401(k). Paid vacation starts after your first year and is based on your average annual earnings.
